AnimalJerks is a Canadian company.

At this time, we do not sell or ship to customers in the United States.

Why not?

Current tariff conditions and cross-border import rules make it difficult to offer U.S. customers:

  • clear, all-in pricing

  • predictable delivery timelines

  • a consistent customer experience

Rather than risk delays, unexpected fees, or confusion at delivery, we have chosen to pause all USA sales entirely.

Is this permanent?

No. This is a temporary business decision.

We will reconsider U.S. sales once:

  • tariff policies stabilize

  • import costs become predictable

  • we can offer transparent, upfront pricing

Can I place a special order from the USA?

No. At this time, we are not accepting any USA orders, including custom or one-off requests.

Where does AnimalJerks ship?

Currently, AnimalJerks ships within Canada only.
